    The client selects the house model they are interested in, and receives consultations and answers to their questions.

  • Inspection of the client's site
    Our experts provide on-site assessment of the plot, access routes, and connections to water, electricity, and sewerage.
  • Placing an order
    The client chooses a final layout, finishing materials, appliances, and personalized details.
  • Site preparation
    Our team prepares the ground for the house, builds a foundation, installs a septic tank, and connects water and electricity lines.
  • Delivery
    Our team transports and sets the house in place.
  • Property handover
    The client accepts the final result and receives the keys.
  • Additional services
    Upon request, our company can help with landscape design, and build a terrace, a pergola, a fire pit, a fence, or a porch, you name it!
  • Warranty support
    We provide repairs according to our warranty policy.
